Envision evaluates environmental\, social\, and economic impacts to promote long-term resilience and community well-being. The talk will demonstrate how Envision is applied in real-world civil engineering practices.Speaker:Dr. Ramanitharan Kandiah is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Environmental Engineering at Central State University in Wilberforce\, Ohio. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Peradeniya and holds multiple engineering degrees and professional certifications. Dr. Kandiah directs water resources programs and actively contributes to several engineering societies. He is the recipient of the AEESP Distinguished Service Award and the AAEES Excellence in Environmental Engineering and Science Education Award.
