Dr. Sithirasenan worked as a Vocational Teacher at TAFE Queensland, instructing courses in IT networking, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Since 2022, he has been an IT Consultant at SDSCybermatics, focusing on cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development operations. He has also contributed significantly to WorldSkills Australia as a Skills Expert in Cloud Computing, mentoring competitors at national and international levels.![]()

𝓓𝓻. 𝓡𝓪𝓶𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓻𝓪𝓷 𝓚𝓪𝓷𝓭𝓲𝓪𝓱 is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Environmental Engineering at Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Peradeniya and holds multiple engineering degrees and professional certifications. Dr. Kandiah directs water resources programs and actively contributes to several engineering societies. He is the recipient of the AEESP Distinguished Service Award and the AAEES Excellence in Environmental Engineering and Science Education Award. Additionally, he is a co-author of key textbooks on water resources.![]()
