Fun With Coding: Preparing Kids for the Digital Future
Fun with Coding is an engaging initiative by NZTEA that introduces students to the fundamentals of programming through interactive, hands-on learning. One of the key tools used in the program is Scratch, a visual programming language developed by MIT, ideal for beginners to learn the basics of coding in a fun and creative way.
Students are guided through a specially curated Scratch coding book, which helps them progressively understand core programming concepts while building simple, enjoyable projects.
